What person profie should I choose?

We give users the flexibility to switch and add person profiles. Users can choose to be a Buyer, Personal Shopper, Player, Business, and/or Service Provider depending on their needs and wants.

What is a Personal Shopper?

A person who personally shops for different individuals in live-stream, and get paid for each minute shopping live-stream with the buyer.

What is a Player?

A person who likes to entertain and wants to create a large following. After creating more than 5,000 followers, Shoclef will give the option to advertise on the player's live-stream and get paid for the number of views on the ad.

What is a Business?

This is for businesses who wants to go-live now in his or her store, and get paid depending on the time buyers spend on his live-stream.

What is a Service Provider?

A person who offers consultation on his or her services, and are allowed to connect one-on-one with an individual. They have the option to choose how much to charge per minute.

What is a Buyer?

Everyone is a Buyer as long as they sign up and open an account.

How do I earn money with Shoclef?

Users have 4 profile to choose from to make money, either as a personal shopper, player, business, or service provider. Personal shoppers makes $0.20/minute per watcher on their live-stream. Players gets paid the same way as a Personal Shopper but with added benefits. Once a Player gains more than 5,000 followers, Shoclef will give the option to advertise on the Player's live-stream and Players get paid for the number of views on the ad. Businesses and Service Providers get to promote and sell their products or services worldwide with Shoclef. Businesses can get paid depending on the time buyers spend on his live-stream. Service Providers have the option to set their own rates to charge per minute.

What is Go Live?

Users can directly live-stream anywhere in the world using just your phone camera.
When you go live, there is two option: to be a personal shopper or a player. Depending on which option you choose, the options on the next screen will change.

What is Live Shopping?

Buyers have the option to jump into a live-stream to any city in the world to start their shopping experience. First, buyers will choose from the 4 different type of shopping experience, and then select the city and user to jump into a live-stream now to start shopping.

What is City Deals?

A marketplace where buyers can shop directly from businesses and cities worldwide. It also offers the option to book physical services, such as plumbing, for an hourly rate, or the option to buy online services, such as learning Spanish. Every user have the capability to create their own business or service profile to post their products or promotions.

What is News Feed?

Any user can interact with businesses, service providers, personal shoppers, buyers, and players that you are following. Users can make a post to request products or services, and to promote their own shopping experience. Users have the capabilities to post images, videos, follow, like, buy, or go-live directly from the Newsfeed!

What is Live Channels?

Every user who went live or is live-streaming now, their videos (past or present) will show on Live Channels. Users have the option to see only who is live now, or by every user who went live.

How do you Go Live as a Personal Shopper?

Budget: The amount of money the player has available in his or her account.

Live Time: This shows the minute that he is live-streaming.

Customers Live: The number of users that are live with him.

Earned Money: This is how much money you have earned while live-streaming per minute.

Add Products: You can add products for the buyers to see. To upload a product, please provide the following: product name, product price, product quantity, take photo of product or upload a photo from your gallery.

Please Proceed to Provide the Required Information:
- Title: Add the name of the business you are currently at.
- Description: Describe the products in the business establishment.

Buyer Request: Users who wishes to connect to your live-stream. You will have the option to banish or kick out any buyers.

Request: This allows you to create a post in your Newsfeed to attract more buyers.

View Businesses: This allows you to see in augmented reality, every business around you.

You customers are looking for: Buyers will request different products that they are looking for and they can upload pictures and description of the product.

Live Chat: Chat+ allows you to chat with a buyer while you are live-streaming.

Mute: This allows you to mute your voice.

Go Offline: To press Go Offline, you will be disconnect from the live-stream.

How do you Go Live as a Player?

Budget: The amount of money the player has available in his or her account.

Live Time: This shows the minute that he is live-streaming.

Tip Earned: This shows how much the other users/buyers tipped him in this section.

Watchers Live: The number of users that are live with him.

Please Proceed to Provide the Required Information: Title and Description

Switch: Allow the user to switch from player to personal shopper or vice versa.

Buyer Request: Users who wishes to connect to your live-stream. You will have the option to banish or kick out any buyers.

Go Offline: To press Go Offline, you will be disconnect from the live-stream.

How do I sign up?

To register, first, you need to complete your profile. You need to add your first and last name, country, city, state, zip code, address, age, email, password, and click submit. After submitting your profile, you are going to create your profile page. You can add a profile image, cover image, and description. Finally, accept the terms and conditions to get started on using Shoclef.

What can I buy through the Shoclef App?

You can buy different live services, products offered by different businesses world-wide, products from personal shoppers, and online or physical services.

How do I become a Personal Shopper?

Just install the app and sign up! Once you sign up, anyone can elect to be a personal shopper when choosing to Go Live. Remember, at anytime after you sign up, you can choose to be a buyer, personal shopper, player, business, or service provider.

How much money does a Personal Shopper earn?

Personal shoppers makes $0.20/minute per watcher on their live-stream.

How do you Go Live?

What would you like to be today? When you go live, there is two option: to be a personal shopper or a player. Depending on which option you choose, the options on the next screen will change.

How to communicate with your Personal Shopper?

If you are live, you can instantly message your shopper while viewing the shopper's live-stream. There is a live chat option called Chat+. You can instantly message your shopper, and your shopper can reply back to your chat message from the live-stream. If you are on the Newsfeed, you can select Answered to reply to the shopper. Alternatively, you can add the user as a friend, and if they accept your request, you can chat message them from your Chat+ in Settings.

How to communicate with your Buyer?

If you choose to be a personal shopper, you can instantly message your buyers that are watching your live-stream. There is a live chat option called Chat+. You can instantly message your buyers, and your buyers can reply back to your chat message from the live-stream. If you are on the Newsfeed, you can select Answered to reply back to buyers who are looking for a specific product and/or service. Alternatively, you can add the user as a friend, and if they accept your request, you can chat message them from your Chat+ in Settings.

How to go Live Shopping?

Everyone is a Buyer. Anyone with a Shoclef account can go Live Shopping. Buyers have the option to jump into a live-stream to any city in the world to start their shopping experience. First, buyers will choose from the 4 different type of shopping experience, and then select the city and user to jump into a live-stream now to start shopping.

How to select a shopper that's live now?

You can select a shopper when you go to the live channel, depending on which city and country you want to shop in. A list will show of every available personal shopper that's active now.

How to find a live shopper in a specific city?

You can select a live shopper when you go to Live Shopping. Buyers have the option to jump into a live-stream to any city in the world to start their shopping experience. First, buyers will choose from the 4 different type of shopping experience, and then select the city and user to jump into a live-stream now to start shopping.

How to advertise promotions as a Business/Service Provider?

Every users have the capability to create their own business or service profile to post their products or promotions for the world to see.

For businesses, they can post their products to City Deals and the public worldwide Newsfeed by going into Settings and then Add Business. For service providers, they can also post their services to City Deals and the public worldwide Newsfeed by going into Settings and then Services. Once they click on the post icon, the post of the product or service will be visible in City Deals and Newsfeed for everyone to see.

How to get more Buyers?

You can get more buyers by gaining more followers, make worldwide posts on the Newsfeed to market to buyers, and by going live!

How to promote my business or service on City Deals?

For businesses, they can post their products to City Deals and the public worldwide Newsfeed by going into Settings and then Add Business. For service providers, they can also post their services to City Deals and the public worldwide Newsfeed by going into Settings and then Services. Once they click on the post icon, the post of the product or service will be visible in City Deals and Newsfeed for everyone to see.

How do I create a Business profile?

Go into Settings to Add Business. Click on Add Business and complete your business profile by inputting brand name, category, subcategory, description, country, state, city, zip code, cover and business profile image from camera or gallery.

How to add business products?

First, go into Settings to Add Business. Click on the active business to take you to the next screen, Product Design. You can Add Product by entering the product name, category, subcategory, brand name, price, quantity, description, upload images from camera or gallery, snd any additional features about the product. Then, you click on the post icon in order for your post of the product to be visible in both City Deals and the worldwide Newsfeed for everyone to see.

How do I create a Service profile?

Go into Settings to Services. Click on Add Service and choose either online service or physical service. Online services, such as learning Spanish, can be set to charge by rate per minute. Physical services, such as plumbing, can be set for an hourly rate.
If you choose online service, complete your online service profile by inputting title, category, subcategory, description, start and end time, cover and business profile image from camera or gallery, and charge rate per minute.
If you choose physical service, complete your physical service profile by inputting title, category, subcategory, description, start and end time, rate type of fixed or hourly, amount to charge, cover and business profile image from camera or gallery, and to set your location radius.

How to add services?

First, go into Settings to Services. Click on Add Service and choose either online service or physical service. Online services, such as learning Spanish, can be set to charge by rate per minute. Physical services, such as plumbing, can be set for an hourly rate.
If you choose online service, complete your online service profile by inputting title, category, subcategory, description, start and end time, cover and business profile image from camera or gallery, and charge rate per minute.
If you choose physical service, complete your physical service profile by inputting title, category, subcategory, description, start and end time, rate type of fixed or hourly, amount to charge, cover and business profile image from camera or gallery, and to set your location radius. You can choose to deactivate your services at any time. You can edit, or delete your service as well.

How to get the best price as a Buyer?

We urge buyers to make their own shopping decisions and to explore products and services around the world for comparison. Buyers have access to shop around all businesses, personal shopper, and service providers worldwide.

How do you shop for products and services?

Buyers can find products and services in City Deals and Newsfeed. In City Deals, you can search for products and services in a city, business, or depending on category.

How to leave a review?

First, you have to locate the user who you want to review. Click and view their profile. A menu will show up that includes the option to review the user by star rating and brief description. Click on that option and submit your review.

How important are my reviews?

Buyers, your reviews are important in determining the success of a business or service! Shoppers, positive reviews can give your buyers a better expectation of you, increasing your sales.

How do you use the Newsfeed?

Any user can interact with businesses, service providers, personal shoppers, buyers, and players that you are following. Users can make a post to request products or services, and to promote their own shopping experience. Users have the capabilities to post images, videos, follow, like, buy, or go-live directly from the Newsfeed!
Answered: Allow you to respond to the personal shopper.
Follow: Allow you to follow another user.
Share: Allow you to share a post with another user.
View Profile: Allow you to see another user's profile.

What is Newsfeed in Settings?

Users can see every post from every user in the world, not only the users you are following.

How to view friend requests?

In Settings/Friend Requests, users can view received friend requests from other users.

How to select my shipping system?

We are currently adding more shipping systems, so stay tuned!

What is Chat in Settings?

Users can exchange text, phone or video calls, image, video and audio messages for free, individually or in a group. Available only to your friends in the application.

What is My Profile in Settings?

You can view and edit your description in your profile.

How does payment method work?

In Settings/My Account, the option Payment Methods allows you to add or update your payment methods. You can add credit card, bank card, and/or PayPal.

How do you add money into my account?

You can add money to your account in Settings/My Account/Add Money.

How do I view my expenses?

You can view your expenses in Settings/My Account/Expenses. You can view your transactions by month (minutes spent, products purchased, commission paid, shipping costs, paid tips, and profits).

How can I check my available credit?

You can check your available credit in Settings/My Account/Available Credit. You can view how much credit you have available with the option to add more money to your account.

How do I check my purchases?

You can check your purchases in Settings/My Account/My Purchases. You can see every product or service that you had previously purchased with the date, description, price, and user who sold or provided the product or service to you.

How do I check my pending purchases?

You can check your pending purchases in Settings/My Account/Pending Purchases. You can see every pending shipping product that you bought in City Deals and/or live-shopping. You can view the tracking number, status of the order, and estimated arrival time.

How do I check my invoices?

You can view the month-to-month invoices of the products and services send and received in Settings/My Account/Invoices.

How do I dispute a transaction?

You can dispute any transaction. You can view the status of your dispute, the transaction ID, and the action taken in Settings/My Account/Transaction Dispute.

How do I file a claim against another user?

You can go to Settings/My Account/Claims to create a claim against another user.

How do I update my profile?

You can update your profile picture, cover image, description, city and country, and status in Settings/My Account/Update Profile.

How do I change my password ?

You can go to Settings/My Account/Change Password.

How do I withdraw money from my account?

You can go to Settings/My Account/Amount Withdraw. You can withdraw the amount in your Shoclef account to credit card, bank account, and PayPal.

What is Requests in Settings?

You can create a request to post a product on the worldwide Newsfeed.

All the policies on the company including legal, privacy, pricing, and term of use.

How to make a payment ?

To make a payment when you are in a live-stream, first, you need to have money in your Shoclef account. To make a payment in City Deals or buying directly from the Newsfeed, you can choose one of the following options: pay directly with the credit in your account or pay with credit card/PayPal.

How to select my shipping system?

We are currently adding more shipping systems, so stay tuned!

How to ship a Buyer's products?

Currently, once buyers had purchased their items, it is up to the shopper to ship the items. Shipping costs are automatically included in the buyer's purchase. We are looking to partner with more shipping companies and to have physical drop-off locations for the shopper's convenience.

What are the charges to a Buyer?

Buyers have to pay $0.40/minute of live-stream.

What are the charges to Business/Service Provider?

Shoclef charges 20% of the product price, 20% for the physical services, and 50% for the online services when they go live.

How secure is my information in the app?

Your information is secure in the app. As long as you don't provide other individuals with your username and password, nobody can access your account information except for you.

What are the shopping rules?

This describe the rules that the user have to follow. When the user accepts, the user also automatically accept the terms and conditions of the company.

What are More Settings?

You can change the currency, language, turn on or off notifications, rate us, or share us with your friends.
